The front desk was super friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and had all the gadgets—flat-screen TV, microwave, and fridge. The pool area was awesome with a kid pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great, nice and hot! Everything was clean and well-kept. There are plenty of fast food and restaurant options nearby.

You have great customer service. Housekeeping was excellent. Very enjoyable.

Need to upgrade TV stations. Like nascar and game show network and could not watch either. Need to have stricter rules for pool area. Parents need to be there.

The room with 2 twin beds was nicely updated. The staff were superbly friendly. The location was great, close to restaurants, local attractions, and a Steakhouse for supper next door. It was convenient that the hotel was just 15 minutes by car from West Beach Trail Loop.

I asked for a room not on the first floor and got a room on the first floor

The hotel is nicely decorated. The staff is exceptional and pleasant. The location is marvelous and convenient, close to the National beach, Starbucks, restaurants, and the interstate.

This place fulfilled all our needs, providing a great stay, especially during the winter, with a satisfying breakfast featuring waffles, toast, and sausage.

The pool area is amazing the children love it...

Great location – super close to the train station and even a Starbucks nearby 🚉☕. The rooms here are modern and really nice, especially with the comfortable king-size bed.

if I had to complain about anything it was the lack of a remote in the exercise room, otherwise our stay was just lovely, really no complaints!!

I didn't have my let out couch in my room, room wasn't warm enough

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The suite with a king bed, TV, and hot tub was perfect for our trip. The staff was very friendly, and we appreciated the free wake up calls and ironing services. The location was fantastic and served as a great home base for exploring the area.

This hotel is so clean and the staff is amazing. Cleanliness is huge to me, so this hotel deserves a 10/10 rating!

My only dislike about this property is children running and screaming down the hallway in the morning. All guests should be courteous of others and there is no signs up that ask people to be quiet in the halls... espcially in the morning. This has happened the previous times that I have stayed there as well. I do not book a weekend getaway to be awoken every 20 minutes by screaming children.

This was our second time there, we love the location and everyone is so nice. We had our granddaughter with us this time and she really enjoyed the kids pool area.

The hotel has pretty nice facilities. The employees, from Ross at the front desk to General Manager Yolanda, were amazingly nice. Lots of options for healthy food. Marvelous location, close to the dunes, Starbucks, Logan's, a gas station, a Mexican restaurant.
